HR Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and agile HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role is crucial for someone who is passionate about HR functions and eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced IT environment. You will be responsible for supporting various HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and organizing hiring efforts.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Help organize training & development initiatives.
- Participate in the organization of company events and activities.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in an IT or tech environment.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Understanding of labor legislation and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR.
