**The Role**:
**The Person**:

- Ideally you should be a Bachelor\'s in Electronics / Electrical / Communication Engineering, with minimum of 8 years engineering experience in industrial automation with proposal and cost estimation experience a plus.
- Computer skills with Good experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and MS-Project Good knowledge of Automation solutions (DCS, SCADA, PLCs).
- Good knowledge about Industrial Networking, Communication protocols and standards.
- Can develop cost element sheet, project scope and analysis related risk
- Good knowledge about contractual terms and conditions.
- Very good English writing skills and can present the technical solution through technical proposal.
- Strong ability to communicate verbally and written.
- Understanding of basic accounting practices/cost Development Familiar with Saudi Arabia market, key customer’s standards and bidding process.
- Experience with key customer in Saudi Arabia like Aramco, SABIC, SWCC, SEC.
- Behavioral Skills Ability to see both sides of an issue.
- Ability to identify decision needs and seek the proper approval Work as a ‘team player’ Strong interpersonal skills Seek and be ‘open’ to new technology and ideas.
- Hard worker, take ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Fluent in English with Arabic a plus.
