**Essential Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences (or related discipline); Educational Psychology, Organizational Management and ideally a master’s degree.
- Minimum of ten (10) year-experience in environmental training programs across an array of economic sectors.
- Strong technical environmental skills across terrestrial, marine, and coastal environments
- MSc in Environmental Sciences; Educational Psychology, Organizational Management.
- Certified Trainer, IBCT is desirable - or equivalent
- Experience of implementing digital learning platforms.
- Experience of developing and implementing virtual and augmented reality learning platforms.
- Experience in developing and implementing training programs in developing nations.
- Experience in managing construction projects is desirable.
