**Description**:
- The Account Manager is responsible for developing COMPANY’s business in the country being managed, including maintaining relationships with all mobile operators in the country, obtaining local content and services, and being involved with local marketing efforts.- Manage and grow COMPANY relationship with the assigned operators.
- Acquire local content from various sources.
- Maintain working relationships with local media.
- Work on achieving objectives and targets set for each operator.
- To be very knowledgeable with COMPANY products and services as well as the basic technical setup and operator connectivity and services work flow.
- To be able to work with COMPANY different departments as a team member.
- Monitor and help with new services deployments with the mobile operators.
- Propose new products and services based on local market needs.
- Market research for the territories being handled including: operators, product and services prices, competitors, best promotional and advertising methods, and local market demographics.
- Full knowledge of COMPANY mission, vision and competitive advantages.
- Handle general operator complaints and inquiries.
- Responsible of tracking the monthly invoices and payments collection with the operators.
- To be able to make presentations about COMPANY products and services.
- Acquiring new operators, follow up on the contract status, follow up on the technical setup.
- Work closely with the marketing department to promote COMPANY product and services.
- Create proposals for products and services.
- Develop sales plans & strategies in cooperation with the sales manager
- Supervise and assist the service managers with achieving revenues, maintaining good relation with clients and achieving targets.
- Support sales manager by providing sales performance reports.
**Required Experience**:
- University graduate.
- Ability to travel.
- Foreign passport is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years in VAS and marketing.
- Professional business writing and speaking in English
