We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join our Multinational Client in Riyadh, KSA.

Client's Specialities: Digital Transformation, Security Transformation, IT Transformation, and Workforce Transformation.

The working Model is onsite.
- **VMware-Specific Networking**:

- Design, implement, and manage VMware network solutions like NSX, vSphere, and SDDC.
- Configure and troubleshoot advanced networking features like micro-segmentation, distributed routing, and load balancing.
- Automate network provisioning and management using tools like vRealize Automation.
- Ensure network performance and security within VMware environments
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Configure and manage network security solutions like firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and VPNs.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Manage network bandwidth and capacity.
- **VMware Security**:

- Implement and manage VMware security solutions like NSX Advanced Security, Workspace ONE Access, and Carbon Black Cloud.
- Configure and monitor firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint security solutions.
- Harden VMware infrastructure against vulnerabilities and security threats.
- Respond to security incidents and breaches within VMware environments.
- Identify and assess security vulnerabilities in the network.
- Implement security controls and policies to mitigate risks.
- Respond to security incidents and breaches.
- Investigate suspicious activity and identify the root cause.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:

- Assist with migration discovery, planning, and execution (discovery, network changes, troubleshooting, etc.) Specific tasks include:

- Provide Network Configuration Information
- Validate Network Data from Validation Reports
- Provide Network From/To Data (Firewall rules, Load balancing, VPN etc.)
- Attend Table-Top Exercises
- Attend Go/No-go Meeting
- Stay up-to-date on the latest VMware networking and security technologies and best practices.
- Contribute to the overall security posture of the organization.
- Work with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration between VMware and other technologies.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
- Expertise in VMware networking and security solutions (NSX, vSphere, NSX Advanced Security, etc.).
- Experience with scripting languages like Python or Bash for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of cyber threats and best practices.
- VMware certifications like VCP-NV, VCIX-NV, NSX-T Specialist.
