Dealer Network Development Manager

According to HQ strategic plan and budget, lead the formulation of retail network strategy and execution plan;
- Lead the commercial negotiation with dealer group and lead retail network expansion in the whole territory to ensure the achievement of the business goals of both the brand and retail partners;
- Lead end-to-end network building from identifying and prospecting potential dealers and dealer group, evaluating and qualifying intended dealers, sign agreement to store grand opening.
- Lead the build-up activation of retail locations and ensure compliance with the brands retail VI/SI standards on an ongoing basis
- Provide timely and insightful analysis report of market and main competitors to adapt strategy and action plan;
- Lead the monitoring and evaluation of retail network, to provide analysis report and suggestion, to negotiate and achieve improvement;
- Lead the plan and execution of pop-up exhibitions, including site selection, decoration materials and installation, opening ceremony, leads collection;
**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Automotive Industry
- Dealer network development experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with dealers and assess market conditions
- Having process panagement and consulting skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Project tracking and management
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with dealers and assess market conditions
- Language requirement: English & Arabic
