- ** Sales & Business Development**:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of Autodesk solutions.
- ** Client Engagement**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients’ business needs and challenges, and recommend appropriate Autodesk solutions.
- Provide clients with product information, pricing, and support to facilitate decision-making.
- ** Technical Expertise**:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Autodesk products, features, and industry trends.
- Assist clients with technical questions and provide pre-sales technical support.
- Work closely with Autodesk technical teams to ensure client needs are met.
- ** Sales Administration**:
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales processes and client interactions.
- ** Market Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
- Analyze competitors and develop strategies to position Autodesk solutions effectively.
- Gather and share feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in selling Autodesk solutions working for a reseller in India.
- Experience with Autodesk products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
