- To deal with distribution of stock replenish orders generated to supply for the related branches & regions+ direct deliveries for the customers of cash & credit sales
- Coordination & communication regarding delivery process with the aim of providing quality service and to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
- To promote a positive product image with shipping and ensure to meet the requirements of clients + stock replenish orders of the regions.
- Maintain effective business relationships with all levels of customers, service providers & other team members.
- To follow oral/written instructions independently and reconcile business transactions.
- Oversees the development of HSE perception, promote the ROCK values within the department, practice Lean principles and carry out the tasks in full observance with the management systems as certified by ISO 9001:2000.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining vehicles for deliveries.
- Deciding whether to lease or buy vehicles
- Assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers in 3PT
- Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.
- Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules.
- Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management.
- Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
- Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
- Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
- Complying with KSA Department of Transport laws and regulations.
- Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
- To arrange small package or urgent cargo to deliver by express transport.
- Monitoring driver behaviour and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- To account & verify billing of external transport for accuracy & payments.
- Analysing data to increase business operational efficiency.
- Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles
- Writes internal/external correspondence.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely & professional manner.
- Promote excellent service & manages all aspects deliveries through distribution network.
- Coordinate & maintain record of the shipments.
- To perform other such duties as may be assigned by the Customer Services Manager.

**Skills required**
- ESSENTIAL
- Operating JDE (Dax) system & PC software including Microsoft Word & Excel
- 2+ years in a logistics role.
- Experience in the transportation industry.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Attention to detail & Excellent written and verbal communication.

DESIRABLE
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
- Quantitative ability.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.

**Educational requirements**
