In this role, you will lead the Independent Retail (IR) Channel Sales in Saudi Arabia and handle the channel distribution for Motorola Smartphones and accessories. You will report to the Mobile Business Group Sales Director, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
**These are your detailed responsibilities**:
Manage relationships between country distributors and IR channel business partners Achieve IR channel sellout targets, including value, volume, and distribution Develop and execute the business strategy and drive end-to-end ownership and accountability for the IR channel including complete ownership of the sales and retail process Define and Review Key Performance Indicators to ensure the achievement of Motorola Business growth targets Lead and manage the IR channel field sales team (Area managers, field force, brand ambassador, etc.) to ensure business growth and perfect execution Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, logistics, sales operations, and marketing, to build a go-to-market strategy for product launches, define a portfolio based on local requirements, and drive global priorities
**What You’ll Bring/ Position Requirements**:
At least 10 years sales management experience within the technology smartphone industry, with some exposure to high volume sales and proven track record of high-tech product sales management experience in retail.
Fluency in Business English
Proven track record of growing revenues, profitability, and market share in a high-volume technology related company
Exposure to self-management, team working and time management in a complex matrix environment.
Be Innovative with the ability to spot, develop and implement business opportunities
