This role main purpose is to manage, contribute to all assigned Organization Development projects and operations including Assessment Center, Organization Structures, Job Profiles, Job Evaluation, Policies, Business Processes, promotions, competency/capability frameworks etc. to ensure elevated level of effectiveness of the department’s major goals in line with the best practices and HR Strategy.
**Accountabilities**
**Organization Structure & Job profiles**:
- Propose and recommend to HRBP, Business Heads and MPP with the best fit organization structures in alignment with the best practices that will help the business deliver its results.
- Ensure the availability of updated/new Job Profiles for all the organization’s positions through the validation of the content quality of the Job Profiles with the concerned parties to ensure the actual reflection of the current & accurate job scope for the organization’s positions.
- Plan and lead Organization Development projects and initiatives such as promotional insights, employees growth opportunities, collaborate with MPP to ensure layers and grading, fix and adjust grades issues, Cost Center correction.etc. to ensure the delivery of the projects as per the set project plan and scope.
- Identify layers and job profiles overlapping to ensure proper structure and distinction between roles and layers is evident
- Facilitate the Job Evaluation exercise for the organizations’ positions to ensure the validity of implementing the organization’s grading scale.
- Execute & implement an accurate reflection of division structure, position titles, reporting lines, grade, department and cost centers on the system (maintaining the organization trees)
- Ensure proper maintenance of the organization structure through implementing received recommendations or changes to ensure the accuracy and availability of the Divisions’ updated organization chart.
**Internal & External Hiring**:
- Collaborate with the TA team in the process of hiring (internally/externally) with the following to ensure selecting the best fit;
- Revising & approving the internal job post & checking the internal applicant’s eligibility for the role as per Jadara policy.
- Sharing & interpreting the psychometric test & result report.
- Revising & approving the received employment forms & jobs requisition from TA team to ensure all fields are accurate & JP is available.
**Assessment Center & Promotion Gates**:
- Managing the gated promotions & Assessment Center (AC) calendar’s activities and logistics to ensure smooth operations & to enhance the quality through managing:
- The agreement & communication with the service providers & consultant to agree on the scope of work, assessment matrix & design (mapping to the agreed competencies & assessment exercises).
- Preparing the gate timeline, gate launching communication & promotion nomination eligibility check templates.
- Revising the received promotion nominations / JPs & maintaining a comprehensive database for the JPs evaluation records.
- Preparing & participating in the AC awareness sessions to aware the nominees with the AC journey.
- Preparing the AC scheduling & invitations also arranging the assessment logistics with the concerned parties (IT & Support Service) to set the assessment venue, stationaries, catering & WIFI routers.
- Supervising the employees on the AC Day to ensure everything is going right & to solve any unexpected issue.
- in collaboration with the People Development Department.
- Reflecting all the updates in term of positions & grades to the system with the collaboration of Payroll team.
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
