At least 15 years’ of relevant experience in retail sales of which 5 - 7 years in a managerial role
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration is preferred
- Experience in managing multiple retail showrooms across GCC region
- Experience with Kitchen and Sanitaryware products

**Job Description**:

- Drive an exceptional sales strategy and develop strategic account planning initiatives to penetrate the market and achieve sales goals
- Anticipate market trends, competitive activities, and client’s strategies to identify and size opportunities and identify possible risks. Deploy strategies to capture and mitigate risks
- Continuously examines and recommends improvement opportunities related to service quality and operational processes to increase customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the leadership team in the development of both tactical and strategic plans.
- Constantly monitor market and competition activities and provide feedback to leadership team
- Help the sales team to work more efficiently by having a sound and a well-designed account management plan that allows sales teams to achieve their targets
- Oversee the development and implementation of appropriate sales processes, procedures, and support needed to increase individual and team effectiveness
- Responsible for strategically driving continuous development as well as profitable growth and expansion of the Alshaya Enterprises
- Aligns the sales team’s objectives with corporate business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting
- Evaluates the performance of Showroom Managers and provides sufficient feedback and development opportunities
- Work with marketing team to develop and maintain a positive relationship including brand recognition for the organization and its products and ensure the organization excels in meeting the evolving needs of its target customers and core markets
- Continually drive strong financial management, adherence to metrics, internal & external compliance controls and strong internal & external relationships
- Support the CEO and executive Management in the formulation of the Business Strategy, including e-commerce, and the operating plan by providing the management team with regional sales forecasts and expansion feasibilities
- Develop retail and positioning strategies for AE Retail brands / products

**Salary**: ﷼30,000.00 - ﷼50,000.00 per month
