Job Overview

The Client of Kalamntina is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our regional sales team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities, positioning us for success in an ever-evolving industry landscape.
  • Promote data-driven decision making through the creation of sales forecasts and performance reports, ensuring we stay on track to meet our goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to optimize their performance and deliver exceptional results.
  • Enhance product knowledge and sales techniques among the team by conducting regular training sessions.
  • Monitor team performance, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Nurture strong relationships with key clients and business partners, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Represent the company at regional events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, fostering connections and expanding our network.
  • E nsure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a strong reputation for excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, drive brand awareness, and increase visibility.
  • Effectively manage budgets and expenses for regional sales operations, optimizing profitability and contributing to the company's financial health.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a regional role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools, leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze data, forecast sales trends, and develop strategic initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed, data-driven decisions, navigating complex challenges with ease.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
