**SAMI HR Project Admin - G22-23**
**Summary**
The Project HR admin is accountable for coordinating the HR support to management and employees on the respective project on a range of HR issues. These include but not limited to government relations, staffing, onboarding, employee mobilization and demobilization, and training coordination.
**Staffing**
- Use ‘_open positions tracking report’_ template to track status of all open positions and mobilization of new starters.
- Coordinate pre-employment checklist.
- Coordinate/Support start date & start time on project
- Confirm details of where to go and who to meet on first day
- Support in accommodation/flights/hire car.
**Mobilisation & Onboarding**
- Book in any relevant training for new starter.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to new employees.
- Enter release date for new employee in SAP as per date on staffing plan.
**Demobilisation**
- Prepare assignment completion documentation a minimum of 6 weeks prior to employee’s release.
- Coordinate exit checkout list procedure.
**General**
- Provide advice and assistance to management and employees on a range of human resource/employee
- Ensure accurate interpretation of national and international assignment conditions for locals and expats working on the project.
- Maintains records for all travel including mobilization, demobilization, and emergency leave. and business travel.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports.
- Ensure all project HR files and records and saved in the HR drive for your project under folders as per the “Project HR - Records Management.
- Participate in HR Meetings, Training and Courses as required.
- Maintain project procedures & ensure they are posted on the project intranet.
- Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
- Flexbility to rotate between Riyadh and Al-Kharj.
**Knowledge & Crafts**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to interpret HR Policy and Processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication crafts (English and Arabic)
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) or similar
- And/or experience working in a generalist HR environment
