Divisional Administration and Support Manager

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Divisional Administration and Support Manager **to join our team In this role you will responsible for overseeing and providing operational support to the non-technical divisions within JCPDI and effectively manage divisional employees. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, efficient administrative processes, and robust support services across various divisions.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Coordinate with Divisional Directors to understand employee concerns and issues across divisions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for seconded employees addressing their concerns and providing guidance and support.
- Work closely with divisional managers to address and resolve employee issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Facilitate communication between seconded employees, Divisional Directors, and the Director General.
- Relay important information, updates, and directives from the Director General to seconded employees and vice versa.
- Act as a liaison to ensure clear and effective communication channels are maintained throughout the organization.
- Review and approve timesheets for non-technical employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement related to employee affairs coordination.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline communication, enhance employee satisfaction, and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Address employee conflicts, grievances, and issues in collaboration with divisional managers.
- Mediate disputes and facilitate constructive dialogue to promote a positive work environment and maintain employee morale.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations governing employee affairs.
- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to uphold legal and ethical standards in all employee-related matters.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with a minimum of 10+ years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in a managerial role.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with staff at all levels.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload
- Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences, both verbally and graphically
