We require a proactive, enthusiastic and flexible team player who is more than willing to contribute
their skills and efforts to various aspects of the company’s operations, with a can-do attitude. Should thrive in dynamic environments and always be ready to take on new
challenges, and understand that flexibility of working hours is necessary in this industry, we work
more hours when required during peak season/busy event times and less hours out of season and
when we do not have any events happening.
Description:
- Must have a Valid License
- Must have a Valid Passport
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with office equipment
- Accurate and fast typing skills.
- Minute taking
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems/software quickly.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles relevant to the catering industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with clients
and catering staff.
Fluent English required; Arabic or other is a Bonus.
- Friendly and professional demeanour to greet clients and guests during catering
consultations, tastings, set-ups and events.
- Strong organizational skills to manage catering schedules, deliveries, and event
appointments.
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle incoming calls.
- Strong time management skills to meet catering order deadlines and delivery
schedules.
- Strong communication skills and patience in dealing with clients and guests.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude during high-pressure catering
events.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to manage tasks.
- Ability to handle inquiries and direct clients to the appropriate catering team
members.
- Effective communication skills to members and clients.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive catering
information.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability.
- Versatile and able to support various administrative tasks as
well as assisting with setups of caterings, events and sometimes needing to be
hostess at these caterings/events.
- Intermediate Marketing skills / experience
- Intermediate Social media skills / experience
