Sales Engineer Air Conditioning Saudi Arabia

**Key Accountabilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the air conditioning sector.
- Identify and establish relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Generate leads and secure new projects by understanding customer requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical specifications to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Work closely with the engineering and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and project progress.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships to foster repeat business.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in project sales, preferably in the air conditioning sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
