- esponsible for new employees' mobilization/onboarding process and ensuring a smooth interface with all other departments. M
- onitor the mobilization of personnel to and from Home Countries/project/Company Operations locations. A
- ssist in planning activities and tasks relating to interface with public authorities, utility companies, and other bodies concerning permits, licenses, contracts and authorizations. P
- rovide insights on Saudization (ways to increase Saudization ratio) and government compliance-related matters. P
- rovide accurate and timely HR administration support. F
- irst point of contact for all HR-related queries. A
- dminister HR-related documentation, including but not limited to termination letters, salary certificates, employment certificates, salary transfers, NOC etc. E
- nsure employees are presented with notification of changes to their status in advance of the change occurring. C
- onduct HR Orientation for the new joiners. F
- acilitate various approvals and prepare letters related to the addendum to the employee's employment contract. P
- oint of contact for employee’s demobilization procedures. M
- anage the process of getting Iqamas for employees on business visas after securing the necessary approvals from Senior Management. D
- evelop Mobilization process flow and ensure the employee experience is always positive and mobilization is professional and swift. I
- nterface and support HR business on administrative and HR issues, clarify queries and resolve personnel-related problems as needed. P
- erform any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Management.

- achelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. 5
- + years of experience in a multinational company. K
- nowledge of KSA labour laws/multiple GCC countries’ labour law knowledge is preferred. K
- nowledge and understanding of Oracle/customized HR/Mobilization Systems. K
- nowledge of and proven track record of Preparation of Procedures. A
- bility to develop custom reports. H
- ighly organized and able to coordinate with a multinational team in remote locations. B
- usiness English/Arabic -Written and spoken. E
- xtensive knowledge of Microsoft Office. H
- istory of successfully managing a mobilization team. S
- trong leadership qualities.
