**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Support**:

- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the bureau, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Review the compliances in accordance with the local laws.
- Manage and update internal databases and CRM systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Connect with Finance team to review the daily tasks, be up to date with the tax requirements, invoicing, payments and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor and execute the purchases and expenses as required.
- Handle requests from the management.
- Support the teams to ensure projects and deadlines are met.
- **Sales Team Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing sales materials.
- Assist in tracking sales leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about speakers and services.
- Handle event related tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and accommodations for speakers, speaker briefs and any on-the-spot requirements.
- **Marketing Team Support**:

- Assist with the implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage social media accounts and contribute to content creation.
- Help organize promotional events and coordinate marketing materials.
- **Recruitment**:

- Lead the recruitment process for new hires, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Prior work experience of atleast 3 years in recruitment is mandatory, with a proven track record.
- Knowledge of the local protocols for recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
- Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Conditions about the job**
- There will be no visa sponsorship provided by the company. You will be required to self-sponsor your visa/residency/work status as per your present location.
- You will need to align with the UAE working days and timings (Mon-Fri; 9AM-6PM), with your availability on weekends with the possibility of extended working hours to ensure the deliverables, commitments and tasks are handled for all events and for clients.
- This is a remote working profile and your utmost professionalism, discipline and commitment to work ethics would be expected by the management.
- Your compensation will be determined based on your interview assessments, your skill sets and management’s decision.

Pay: Up to ﷼7,000.00 per month
