Rainmaking is looking to hire a Client Success Manager to help manage the Rainmaking Innovation presence in KSA.

You will be in charge of leading the delivery supported by the team across several workstreams. We are looking for an account manager passionate about innovation, able to build strong relationships with corporate clients and with a hands-on working style. You will be responsible for timelines, budgets, governance, client relationship and deliverables as well as coordinating resources across all workstreams. You will be the face of Rainmaking for both clients and will lead the appropriate events. You will report to the Head of Ventures, Rainmaking MENA.

The three main pillars of the role are:

- Relationship Management: your primary responsibility will be managing relationships across all workstreams, key stakeholders and the group innovation team, who runs Innovation within the organisation. Relationship management also extends to the network of experts and mentors who will deliver the program.
- Reporting and governance: setting a great framework for reporting to the innovation team, and leading the internal team through regular reports and key meetings.
- Budget planning and management: you'll be responsible for the overall delivery of the program including budgets and management of timelines, ensuring a happy partnership with the client.

**Requirements**:
About you
- Should have 10 to 12 years of experience in the Saudi market managing stakeholders within complex organisations in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter with strong communication skills (written and verbal, the English language is essential)
- A structured mindset to approaching problem-solving and meeting deadlines with proven attention to detail
- Management experience from leading a team previously and a keen interest to work cross-functionally within the organisation Able to meet high expectations while working independently
- Strong interest (and knowledge) for entrepreneurship and emerging technologies with a focus on KSA and GCC is key
- Experience or close familiarity with the startup ecosystem and corporate innovation across KSA and wider MENA region would be a plus
