HR Client Account Manager

**Job Summary**:
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships within the recruitment industry. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction, expand business opportunities, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. This role requires a strong background in recruitment, HR, or management consultancy, with a focus on understanding clients' needs and providing tailored solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the recruitment industry.
- Understand clients' staffing and HR needs and provide them with tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
2. Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work to expand the client portfolio.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential growth areas.
3. Recruitment Strategy:
- Work closely with clients to understand their workforce planning and talent acquisition needs.
- Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure that clients' requirements are met efficiently.
- Provide input and expertise on recruitment strategy, best practices, and market insights.
4. Account Management:
- Create and maintain client account plans and records, including contract details and service agreements.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
- Resolve any operational issues or escalations promptly and professionally.
5. Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare regular reports for clients on recruitment activities, performance, and KPIs.
- Utilize data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to clients for continuous improvement.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the internal recruitment and HR teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Coordinate and facilitate client meetings and reviews to ensure alignment between client and internal teams.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as HR, Business, or Management.
- Proven experience in the recruitment industry, HR, or management consultancy.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, industry trends, and best practices.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
**Salary**: From ﷼10,000.00 per month
