**Summary of the job**:
The main task of Product Specialist in **Janssen **is to Increase the visibility and awareness for the company products and achieve the company TGT Patients objectives.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for achieving coverage and frequency targets, and consistently achieving TGT No of Patients in assigned territory.
- May represent company at professional events and promote company products at such events.
- Utilizes a level of product and therapeutic disease working knowledge to promote the appropriate use of company's products to healthcare professionals.
- Prepares business plan for own territory, assigns targets and communicates required actions to achieve goals.
- Builds and extends business relationships with key customers or accounts.
- To meet or exceed targets (market share/market share growth) within agreed budgets and timescales.
- To achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through face to face and meetings and deliver agreed customer centric activities within operating budget.
- To promote defined products according to campaign briefs and policies.
- To ensure outstanding personal and team knowledge, and understanding of priority products, technical information, product strategy, positioning, key messages and programs
- Effective administration of territory business including, maintenance of high quality record systems, daily communication with administrative systems and timely processing of territory business expenses (AV and personal).

**Qualifications**:
**Experience Required**:

- Education: Bachelor degree of Pharmacy
- Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies.
- Language: Arabic, English
- Location:Riyadh
- Relocation availability: Yes.

**Technical/Functional Skills Required**:

- Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines and latest medical issues
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
