We are looking for a target oriented and experienced 'Project Logistics - Business Development Manager' to join our Dammam team. You should have a deep understanding of the Project Logistics market, service offerings and operational requirements. You should also have an existing client base in Saudi Arabia.
- ** Your Role **:.As a 'Project Logistics -Business Development Manager', you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities for KN Project Logistics. You will spend most of your time in customer-facing activities, hunting for new business and working hand in hand with Pricing and Customer Excellence Teams. You will do personally own an account portfolio.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Qualify and generate new business opportunities with a clear focus on Breakbulk and Out of Gauge (OOG) shipments, specific Industries, Areas / Territories, National Key Accounts, Special Products and New Markets.
- Create value for Customers and KNPL and to foster relationships.
- Drive profitable growth and demonstrate superior Project Logistics product and market knowledge.
- Attend customer events, exhibitions and meetings (internal & external) and deliver presentations about our industry solutions.
- Monitor our competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing & products-To report customer complaints to the Customer Excellence Team.
- Align with the Customer Excellence Team when onboarding new customers and review regularly.
- Use the CRM (CoreLog) to maintain and update customer information, report customer complaints to the Customer Excellence Team and perform related CRM tasks.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in project logistic experience in all of or either Energy, Industrial Projects of Marine verticals.
- You should have a deep understanding of the Project Logistics market, service offerings and operational requirements.
- You should have an existing client base in Saudi Arabia which you can develop further and own your account portfolio.
- Having contract logistics knowledge and experience is a plus for this role.
- 2 to 5 years of customer management experience.
- Proven sales experience with strong customer and solution orientation.
- Strong English communication, time management and networking skills with the ability to convince effectively.
- Strong willed and target oriented with proven ability in building customer value propositions.
- Ambitious to succeed and keen to work in teams.
