This is an exciting opportunity in the dynamic Energy sector. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. **Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Conduct research and development activities to expand the group's operations and present findings.
- To promote the image and products and services offered by the group.
- To provide all the necessary support to the Subsidiaries' General Managers
- in continuously expanding the existing market for the group's current line of products and services and seeking and developing new markets.

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Analyses the market and recommends opportunities for pursuit.
- Forecasts short and long-range market potentials.
- Develops strategies, examine risks and potentials, and estimate needs and goals.
- Develops proposals, solutions, white papers, and business plans.
- Introduces the group to potential customers & business partners.
- Defines and follows up on yearly targets and objectives.
- Manages reporting and analysis of the business development pipeline.
- Develops and maintains working relationships with similar and/ or complementary companies, including teaming and partnership discussions.
- Develops and maintains working relationships with Drilling contractors in KSA.
- Develops and maintains working relationships with major shipyards like IMI, Zamil & Al Balagha in KSA.
- Develops and maintains working relationships with KSA Navy.
- Develops and maintains working relationships with Saudi Aramco.
- Develops and maintains working relationships with EPC contractors
- Comply with all corporate policies and procedures, including quality assurance and security procedures, in the performance of duties.
- Strengthens the relationship between the company's existing business partners and establishes a good relationship with prospective business partners.
- Develops and implements business development and marketing strategy in the company by selecting, segmenting, and targeting markets and promoting the company's business to those markets.
- Identifies and analyses the company's strengths and weaknesses and responds to opportunities and threats in the business environment.
- Attends Exhibitions & Seminars regionally and internationally.

**Minimum Competency**
- Graduate with a bachelor's degree in a business/Finance-related field.
- Holds a master's degree or MBA.
- 10-15 years experience (experience in a holding group is desirable) with at least five years of experience in a similar post.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent track record.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & reporting skills.
- Strong client management & negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and result-oriented.
- Ability to build & maintain business relationships and develop trust with high-level executives.
