**Regional Sales Manager**

The Western Region (Saudi Arabia and Bahrain) is a key growth and strategic region for ETS business. This position will take overall sales, marketing, and account development program responsibility for all ETS products and services including: RTUs, SCADA, Flow Computers, Terminal Manager, and ESI portfolio. We are looking for an experienced professional to work with a diverse and proficient group of people. The role has high visibility within Emerson and has the potential to achieve outstanding results.

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Lead sales & business development initiatives across region.
- Meet or exceed regional ETS financial objectives required in support of SYSS regional and MEA business plans.
- Develop long-term relationships with senior management within customer accounts to ensure awareness of Emerson capabilities.
- Develop and implement market penetration strategy for ETS products & services through detailed business, action, and strategy plans.
- Manage regional opportunity funnel and submits monthly and yearly order forecasts.
- Being proficient at demonstrations of the software, architectures and translating how it can be applied to deliver best value via packaged services.
- Using Emerson Industrial software portfolio to drive incremental business opportunities.
- Support sales channels to develop / optimize Emerson business for ETS across respective territory.
- Work closely with proposal development group to ensure all proposals reflect customer needs, are forecasted, competitively priced and are submitted on time.
- Take a pro-active role in working with the Emerson Global Project Pursuit Team and Key Account Managers to identify, qualify and pursue ETS projects.
- Profile accounts and establish a clear understanding of business plans and customer needs.

**Who You Are**:

- Experience in a sales and account management
- Validated skills in business development and planning
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (engineering degree desired)
- 8 - 10 years of direct sales experience
- Regional travel will be required, both Internal and Externals

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:

- Previous experience of direct sales in Oil & Gas Industry in KSA
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
