**Job Description**:
Our company is a leading e-commerce platform that is rapidly growing and expanding its reach across Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team and achieve our regional targets. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating Senior & Junior Sales Executives, Sales Development Representatives to source qualified leads through outbound approaches. Your core role will be to ensure that the sales team is meeting their targets and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy that drives revenue growth and meets our targets.
- Recruit, train and manage Senior and Junior Sales Executives and Sales Development Representatives to source qualified leads through outbound approaches.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to achieve targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and effective lead generation campaigns.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to the sales team, ensuring they have the skills and tools they need to be successful.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports, providing regular updates to senior management.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in e-commerce or technology companies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Results-driven, with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
