Global Partner Solutions Area Lead

The Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team is looking for a leader to play a critical role with Microsoft Partners to capitalize on a multi-trillion-dollar Cloud and AI market opportunity in FY25. The **GPS Leader for Saudi Arabia** builds the strategic area partner plan and manages teams to accelerate the growth of ISVs, GSIs, Services and channel Partners including building solutions and practices, driving Go-to-market execution, and creating impact through co-selling with partners. This role is flexible in that you can work [up to 50%] from home.

**Responsibilities**:
- Execute the FY24/25 GPS Strategy and Drive Attainment of Performance Metrics
- Lead the implementation of the FY24/25 GPS (Global Partner Solutions) strategy and ensure alignment with overall organizational objectives and target. Drive performance metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of partnership initiatives.
- Deliver Impact and Cloud Solution Area Capability through Partners
- Foster and strengthen strategic partnerships to deliver impactful solutions in the Cloud Solution Area. Collaborate with partners to deploy cutting-edge solutions that meet customer needs and drive market differentiation.
- Drive Co-Sell Performance through Partner and MCEM Stages
- Facilitate co-selling opportunities through various stages of partnership engagement. Work closely with partners and internal teams to drive seamless co-selling processes and maximize revenue potential.
- Drive Tech Acceleration through Partners w/MCEM 4/5 Impact
- Accelerate tech innovation and adoption by collaborating with partners on initiatives with high MCEM (Microsoft Customer Experience Model) impact levels 4 and 5.
- Aid Adoption of New Regional Resources and Teams - Enablement, GTM, and Investments
- Support the successful onboarding and integration of new regional resources and teams. Provide enablement programs, go-to-market strategies, and strategic investments to foster growth and productivity.
- Drive Partner Ecosystem Health - Represent Area Partners to the Microsoft Organization
- Serve as the key liaison between the company and its partners, representing partner interests and advocating for their success within the Microsoft organization. Assess and improve partner ecosystem health to ensure mutual growth and prosperity.
**Qualifications**:
Leadership and Talent Development
- Strong years related experience, including senior sales leadership roles, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, coaching solution sales and account development strategies, exceeding quotas by leading sales teams along complex sales cycles through a partner ecosystem and centralized marketing engine, Global, Area-level Business Management as a leader of Sales, Customer, Partner teams selling technology solutions/practice development, cloud/infrastructure technologies, and/or subscription services
- Ability to foster a sales culture and inspire individuals towards achieving common goals.
- Proven Experience in Partner Management
- Deep understanding of differentiated Partner Business models (strategy and execution) within Enterprise and SMC/SMB - digital transformation business drivers, cloud platforms, emerging solution trends and their impact on the partner ecosystem
- Demonstrated success in executing partner strategies and driving sales performance.
- Business Acumen and Sales Expertise
- In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to drive results through effective partner engagement.
- Proficiency in driving co-sell performance, fostering strategic partnerships, and delivering impactful solutions.
- Strong track record as an innovative business leader who has driven major strategic change initiatives and has executive gravitas, presence and credibility, including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small technical audiences.
- Partner Relationship Management
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to foster a healthy partner ecosystem.
- Proven ability to drive partner satisfaction, sales transformation, and partner adoption of key programs and investments.
- Saudi market knowledge is a must
