The Sales Manager will systematically develop supports and implements growth strategies to achieve or exceed bookings targets for Saudi. Opportunities can range from targeted run rates and projects orders, the installed base, replacement of obsolete products, displacement, Emerson innovative technologies and Project business. Engaging with customers, business development managers and the Local Business Partners under his responsibility will in all cases be key for successful execution of the job function.

**Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following**:
Lead Pressure Management Business for the assigned area and take direct responsibility for sales for products, services sales & business development initiatives to place Emerson as the supplier of choice.

Meet or exceed area’s financial objectives as the need arises in support of the PRM MEA business plan.

Review and address RFQ requests from customers commercially, technically and operationally standpoints. Participate in Bid evaluation and submission of Delegation of Authority deck for management approval.

Conduct Due Diligence, Legal and Commercial compliance approval process in collaboration with the legal and sales team.

Engage, Empower and Work with the Inside Sales team on developing a technically suitable and most competitive solution.

Engage early with end users and EPC to influence the specs and negotiate acceptable T&Cs

Proactively collaborate with the sales team and cross functional groups in the RFQ execution process to drive quick response time and high RFQ to order conversion process it to the Order Entry team as per the requirement for clean order entry.

Develop and implement plans to drive and grow business and improve revenue and profit from the existing installed base.

Prepare and present marketing forecasts, pricing surveys, competitor intelligence and country marketing plans.

Work closely with other Emerson Business Units and improve pull-through content.

Take a pro-active role in defining strategies for gain Entity projects as well as supporting Destination pursuit activities to achieve order conversion and improve the potential for PRM BU.

Develop long-term relationships with C Level / senior management within customer accounts to ensure awareness of the capabilities of PRM Business Unit and Emerson.

Drive and conduct STO, site walkdowns and Site Plan activities to improve potential at critical sites.

Keep up to date with developments in products, industries and market trends.

Maintain record of business activity as per Emerson record retention policy

Ensure Emerson Ethics and International Trade Compliance procedures are closely followed with all business transactions

**What do I need to be considered for this role?**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
- 08-10 Years’ experience selling experience with Oil& Gas, Power, Mining, Food & beverage, Utility and diverse industries.
- Must be proficient in English (Read, right and communicate)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Power Bi
