**General Job Description**

HR Manager will manage, plan, and direct Human Resources functions and Personnel activities and will ensure that the HR policies and procedures are updated, properly communicated to employees and implemented.

**Specific Job Description**
- Draft, implement and periodically update HR related policies and procedures
- Lead manpower planning, budgeting and career path development activities
- Lead recruitment activities (identify recruitment agencies/entities, prepare and update job description, gather and evaluate CVs, conduct or arrange interviews, negotiate offers, etc.).
- Supervising the preparation of statistical reports regarding applicant flow, selection, promotions, transfers, terminations and turnover and recommending remedial actions when needed
- Monitoring the implementation of training policies and programs and administering training needs analysis and assessment, and accordingly supervising the preparation of annual training plan.
- Managing tasks related to the employees such as attendance, circulars, salaries, vacations, performance appraisal, incentives, awards, warning letters... etc. in addition to the issuance of all employees' working permits, residence certificates, passports renewal, licenses renewal, visitors visit visa, and other formal papers related to the employees.
- Analyzing statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of company's personnel policies and procedures.
- Preparing periodic reports with respect to the activities and achievements to be submitted to the direct supervisor for review.
- Identifying training needs of subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of the training courses
- Following-up employee affairs including vacations, leaves...etc
- Conduct performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions
- Other tasks assigned by supervising manager

**Educational Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Administration or related or equivalent course.

**Experiences**

At least 5 years of working experiences in the same capacity preferable in contracting/construction companies.

**Other Skills/Qualifications**
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Arabic
- Excellent interpersonal skills including being able to work within a multi-cultural/diverse team.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and multi-tasker.
- Professional Knowledge in HR systems such as job analysis and job description, compensation and benefits, motivation and incentives, performance management, recruitment and selection, training, human resources planning, career path planning. etc
- Knowledge of Saudi Labor laws
