**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential clients in the construction and building materials industry.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
**Product Knowledge and Promotion**:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of insulation materials, particularly XPS.
- Conduct product presentations, workshops, and training sessions for clients and industry professionals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
**Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to inform business strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the insulation and XPS industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Skills**:
- Strong understanding of insulation materials, particularly XPS.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
**Language**:
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
