Sealy Mattress Middle East, a reputable company in the consumer goods industry in the MENA region, is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. With a history dating back to 1990 and a strong partnership with Sealy Inc. USA, the company operates a state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Sealy Mattress Middle East is committed to delivering high-quality and innovative sleep solutions to the Arab market.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities and driving revenue growth for the company's products. You will lead a team of sales representatives and develop key strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's customer base. Your exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and strong customer focus will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new market segments and potential partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure successful product launches and customer support
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments to provide insights and recommendations for business growth
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the consumer goods industry
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data and trends
- Ability to travel as needed
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- 30 to 40 years of age
- Saudi National only
