**Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager**

**Job Location: Riyadh**

**Experience: 4 to 5 years experience**

To lead the team of individuals and ensure that the team meets its goals in terms of numbers and professional development.

The role also entails engaging in effective sales management and contributing to process improvements, as well as maintaining CRM up to date at all times.

Carry out research on changing needs and trends in the market to ensure the organization serves and adjusts to the changes and competencies.

To achieve budgeted Sales, profitability, collection, and growth targets as per short term (annual) and long term (3 years) business plan of the assigned region

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Secure key accounts for the organization and ensure effective servicing of key accounts

Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players and agencies

Ensure efficient payment terms with clients and ensure the payments are collected on or before due dates

Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence

Ensuring repeat business from existing clients and effective business development for new clients

Facilitating new business development

Explore opportunities for different verticals while interfacing with clients by understanding their unmet present and future needs

Build effective relationships with client decision-makers

Facilitating client delight and repeat business

Measuring customer feedback and take effective steps to enhance customer satisfaction and delight

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Identify training needs of self and team, coordinating with the Management for delivery of training and monitoring the effectiveness of training

Facilitate knowledge sharing of marketing digital data and customer insights and best practices to the team and other business units

Identify trendsetter ideas through researches

Providing on the job coaching and direction as necessary

Establishing and facilitating systems and knowledge management

Plan and develop desired competencies of self and the Marketing team

Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives

Responsible for maximizing the potential of the sales team, crafting sales plans, and justifying those to plans to the upper management

Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company and drive qualified business inquiries to the company

Recommend successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Create vibrant result-oriented marketing culture

Ensure that the marketing team develops creative concepts, proposals, and new business presentations along with the creative and production department.

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Lead the marketing team & coordinate with cross-functional resources for timely and effective execution of jobs/projects

Ensuring optimum allocation and utilization of the resources

Managing the sales team and addressing employee grievances

Strive to improve the ROI

Present and consult with management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products with new channels.

Maintain proper filing of important records in a professional way for easy access on requirements

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the top management

Submitting reports in prescribed formats

Conducting regular review meetings

Any other task assigned by the Management

Pay: Up to ﷼6,000.00 per month
