**Your Role - International, Challenging and Future-Oriented**

As a Business Administrator at Digital Industries, you will be responsible to manage commercial and financial aspects in Saudi Arabia. It includes:

- Reviewing & approving customer offers for assigned customers to support “Service” sales team, and doing DAMEX E check for offers.
- Customer creation through GMDM tool.
- Commercially process, manage and complete execution of product / service orders including but not limited to preparing backups (time sheets / delivery notes) to issue invoice and submit to customers.
- Regular commercial activities such as billing, reviewing and adjustment of planned cost, committed cost, accruals, etc. for service and spare orders.
- Ensuring correct booking of orders, revenue, cost, and accruals.
- Continuous monitoring and follow up of receivables.
- Preparing productivity reports of service engineers and project managers in Timelive tool.
- Cashflow planning including customer negotiations in close coordination with Sales / PM.
- Monthly rolling forecast for Service business for key financial KPIs.
- Process improvements in the customer service segment with a focus on commercial part.
- Prepare and participate in monthly business reviews.
- Resolving open balance sheet items to ensure correct financial reporting.
- Preparing PR’s for CS department for indirect material, pooled services, events and fixed assets.

**Your Qualifications And Skills - Digital And Solid**
- Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent from a reputable institute
- User knowledge of SAP is mandatory (Sales & Logistics module)
- IFRS-15 knowledge will be considered as an advantage
- 3+ years working experience in sales & commercial project management in a multinational company, preferably in Electrical & Electronics Industry
- Basic knowledge of Saudi VAT laws and regulations
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving and strategic thinking
