Oversees the Ammonia sales, handling activities from sales to delivery. Focuses on prompt, efficient service to West of Suez clients, maximizes profits, fulfills orders with excellence, and prioritizes customer contentment. aims for steady sales income growth by proactive planning and sets goals and plans to boost immediate and future sales and profits.

Serves as the SBU's point person for global and local market dealings, regularly achieving sales goals and managing client relations, while overseeing regional marketing initiatives such as SWAP exchanges

- Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing / business administration / economics / industrial engineering or equivalent.- Additional Qualifications (preferred):
- Master’s degree in business- Min Technical / Functional Experience:
- 4 years- Min Leadership / Management Experience (if applicable)- Core Skills:
Demonstrated success in leading sales strategies, deep understanding of Ammonia business, high energy, and sharp business acumen. A collaborative, decisive thinker skilled in navigating uncertainty through research. Exceptional communication, presentation abilities, and detail-oriented under pressure. Fluent in English and adept with PC software.

**Description**

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
**Strategy and Planning**:
Craft sales strategy actions aimed at meeting established objectives aligned with the Strategic Business Unit’s (SBU) broader goals at Maaden. Ensure the execution of sales strategies for ammonia, both short-term and long-term, within designated regions. Contribute to the five-year strategic business plan with insights on market trends, pricing, and competition for the SBU. Supply marketing with regular sales projections, including annual, quarterly, monthly, or as needed. Provide sales perspectives and gather market intelligence to support the Ammonia marketing team.

**Marketing and Sales**:

- Accountable for the sales revenue for Ammonia products
- Accountable for sales to existing customers and through acquiring new customers
- Accountable for Adopting the right Payment terms and credit terms as per authority schedule in accordance to credit sales policy to minimize risks and costs
- Mange Sales orders from overseas warehouses
- Responsible for developing and maintaining good customer business/relationships leveraging on specific tools
- Responsible for sales price / contract negotiations process
- Responsible for preparing/drafting and following up all Sales / agreements and clauses that maximize Ma’aden benefits and reduce expenses.
- Responsible for recommending sales prices to maximize Maaden revenues
- Lead in forming & implementing the special marketing arrangements like SWAP agreements with co-producers
- Responsible for product sales on spot/Long term according to agreed authority.
- Recommends customers discounts and incentives as per authority.
- Manage and evaluate international distribution channels, manage distribution relationships and evaluate representation and distribution channels (e.g. distributors and country representative agents)
- Acts as first direct contact and support point for customers and overseas sales offices/ Representatives
- Responsible for completing order fulfilment process
- Adopts Insurance Policy in co-ordination with Risk Management Department to minimize risks and costs
- Manages day-to-day relationships with local representatives in regions within its scope of responsibilities.
- Representation and arrangements for global evenest (conferences/ customer events)

**Implementation progress**:
Provides the Ammonia Sales Director of weekly / monthly reports of sales activities, performance reviewing according to pre-defined KPIs.
