As a Partnerships Onboarding Specialist, you will play a vital role in the growth of our company by identifying and developing strategic partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer growth and revenue by forging strong relationships with key partners. You will work closely with the business development and operations teams to develop and execute partnerships that ultimately drive customer acquisition and retention.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners
- Perform market research to identify potential partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop partnership strategies
- Negotiate and close partnership deals that align with business goals
- Ensure partners are onboarded efficiently and effectively
- Analyze partnership performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes
- Provide exceptional customer service to partners throughout all stages of the partnership lifecycle

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- At least 1 years of experience in corporate partnerships or business development
- Proven track record of developing successful partnerships that drove revenue and/or customer growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for innovation and strategic thinking in the technology industry.
