Ansell is looking for a passionate, customer-focused **Territory Sales Manager** to join our team in **Saudi Arabia** to join its Healthcare organization.

As a member of the Ansell team, the Territory Sales Manager will be vital in promoting and selling our products to meet and excel targeted sales goals across the territory of Saudi Arabia. **What your role will be**:
Working in collaboration with our sales team and distributors, and reporting to the Associate Director, Healthcare Sales, Territory Sales Manager will:

- Analyse, formulate, and implement Ansell’s end-user and distributors’ business to reach targeted revenue
- Identify new business opportunities to grow Ansell’s business
- Survey competitor activities in the market and develop appropriate strategies
- Prepare sales plans and goals
- Establish and maintain partnership with customers and colleagues
- Monitor performance of distribution partners to increase profitability
- Train distributor team in Ansell-specific knowledge and processes
- Guide distributors and end-users on new products, policies, and strategies, and create awareness of Ansell’s marketing and sales programs
- Develop sales plans, budgets, reports, and forecasts.

**What will you bring to Ansell?**
- Demonstrated selling/channel experience in consultative selling
- Expert analytical skills in managing data across multiple sources
- Computer literate
- Budget and reporting experience
- Know-how to solve complex product problems with clear solutions
- Knowledge of distribution networks a plus
- Fluent English language (written and spoken)
- This role requires frequent domestic travel (approx. 75%)
