**Job description**

Rooya is a leading tech company committed to delivering top-notch solutions for fleet management that drive growth and value for our clients. We are expanding our footprint and looking for a driven professional to join our team in Riyadh, focusing on B2B sales and strategic business development.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target and acquire new B2B clients in the Riyadh market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold outreach to expand the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in Riyadh.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, specializing in software, or services and telematics industry.
- Fluent in Arabic & English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the Riyadh market and a proven ability to navigate and grow within it.
- Strong lead generation skills and experience with building and managing a robust sales pipeline.
- Valid Saudi driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within Riyadh.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Experience**:

- Sales & Business Developments: 5- 10 years (required)
- Saas sales and technology industry most have at least 1 year in telematics industry.
- Last 3 years work must be in Riyadh market.
- Proven record in sales achievements.

License/Certification:

- driver license & car (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
