**Who You'll Work With**

Cisco Customer Experience (CX) delivers best in class experience & expertise by helping our customers adopt and optimize their investments whilst accelerating their time to growth. Our regional CX teams support customer requirements that are highly technical in nature & cover all geographies, across all industry segments, globally. This position will be primarily focused on the MEA Theater, specifically the team in Saudi Arabia

**What You’ll Do**

This position is for a Delivery Leader in the Enterprise and Public Sector segment specializing in Professional Services. In this role you are accountable and responsible for leading a team of professionals who are delivering Plan/Design/Implement and Subscription services.
- Lead a team of highly qualified and motivated Project Specialists, Project Managers, and Program Managers
- Set team goals, monitor progress, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and meet targets.
- Partner with CX leaders, Global Staffing Team, Service Managers and to deliver on customer engagements. Making decisions on nearshore and offshore capabilities.
- Be the main point of escalation, lead executive communication and be adept at resolving conflict to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide performance feedback and mentorship in addition to annual compensation and career advancement reviews.
- Develop actionable plans to support career goals, including the development of technical, communication, people, and leadership skills.
- Champion and lead cross-functional initiatives to build new programs and improve processes continuously.
- Lead the team to deliver customer projects, meet and exceed customer satisfaction metrics, and achieve monthly and quarterly Revenue targets.
- Build a very strong interlock with Sales and CX teams to provide an industry-leading customer experience for Cisco customers.

**Who You Are**
- A senior professional in the Enterprise or public sector/ IT industry that has demonstrated your experience in leadership and management of resources in direct and matrix organizations especially in a customer-facing environment.
- Passionate about growing talents, leading and inspiring teams.
- Have a proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving business growth.
- A sound leader with skills including scheduling, financial reporting, performance reporting, communications, issues/risks/actions management.
- Experienced in motivating change in complex environments and have a deep understanding of various Project Management methodologies and frameworks
- Possess exemplary written and verbal communication skills in English, presentation, and negotiation skills.
