We are currently looking for a Leader who will lead and grow a team of successful advisors who work with our customers to help them achieve greater business value from technology by delivering services ranging from technology strategy development to solution design or operating model reviews, among other topics.

The Advisory team lead will play a pivotal role in leading, developing ensuring high-quality delivery, and fostering strong client relationships. Your expertise in the technology strategy consulting domain, exceptional leadership skills, and ability to navigate complex business challenges will be instrumental in driving the team's success and achieving business objectives.

You will typically
- Lead and scale our team of Advisors, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive individual and collective performance.
- Set team goals, monitor progress, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and meet targets.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify areas for development and training.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer issues for Advisory projects, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the development and delivery of high-quality advisory services.
- Build a very strong interlock with Sales and CX Delivery to provide an industry-leading customer experience for Cisco customers on their digitization journey.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Drive pre-sales for Advisory engagements through discussions with customers to discover their needs and develop proposals
- Engage with Sales, Partners and customers to drive the value proposition of Cisco’s Advisory services.
- Participate in customer meetings and industry events to promote Cisco’s Advisory services.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities, demonstrating insights to refine service offerings and strategies.
- Empower and inspire the organization through effective communication and leadership.
- Manage Advisory business pipeline and align with Sales and CX Delivery in a routine fashion.

About You
- Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, finance, or a related field (MBA degree preferred).
- Demonstrable experience in a leadership role within a management consulting or strategic technology advisory firm.
- Over 10 years of experience in other consultancy organisations, covering:

- Exposure to multiple segments (Enterprises, Governments and Service Providers),
- Demonstrable experience in strategic technology advisory project delivery, business consulting, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a hard-working team.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving business growth.
