Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to join our fast-growing e-commerce platform in Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations teams
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales process, optimizing workflows, and driving revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales operations strategies, tactics, and plans to achieve sales objectives and revenue growth targets.
- Manage and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives, Growth Specialists, Sales Coordination teams, and Product Knowledge Specialists, ensuring that team members are aligned with company objectives and priorities.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Finance, to optimize the sales process and ensure that customer needs are being met.
- Develop and maintain sales metrics and KPIs, tracking performance against targets and providing regular reporting to management.
- Optimize sales workflows, processes, and tools, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to sales operations teams, developing team members' skills and capabilities and providing opportunities for growth and advancement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, using insights to develop and refine sales operations approaches.

**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in e-commerce or technology companies.
- Proven track record of managing and leading sales teams to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Results-driven, with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus.
