The holder for this role will work closely with sales operational management in the design and implementation of differentiated channel strategy and channel segmentation, per customer architype, in line with global channel taxonomy, to ensure execution excellence, and leverage productivity

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a clear definition of the channel and segments within each segment in line with global channel taxonomy
- Onboard all field teams on the channel segmentation design and approach
- Define The role of the category to each channel segment, and vice versa
- Define channel segmentation implications for channel goals and execution standards
- Develop Ranking of focus channel segments by category and Price point
- Develop differentiated channel strategy per customer architype and align it with relevant GTM approach
- design differentiated trade spend strategies and price zones by channel and segment, to ensure right price corridors are in place, to ensure effectiveness and avoid cannibalization
- Lead on periodic segmentation exercises to channel taxonomy exercise to ensure quality of execution and develop the right channel strategy by customer architype, and linking each customer to the right GTM as per its type
- Route re-engineering to optimize working hours, frequencies, and revenues.
- Ensure weekly and monthly reporting for Sales KPI’s for market execution and infrastructure.
- Support development of Sales AOP and I&GP Plan by analyzing sales KPIs and volume trends.
- Align all major development projects with Regional business solutions team.

Qualifications:

- Commercial awareness - strong knowledge of what's important/needed by Sales to develop Selling tools and stories and delivering Gold standard execution.
- Strong verbal and written communication as well as facilitation skills - Confidence to lead and direct discussion across all levels. Ability to engage and enthuse others with clear, concise communication to reach decision and recommendation.
- Project Management - ability to pull together, manage and lead cross-functional teams. Build critical paths, communicate clearly and maintain focus & momentum against key initiatives.
- Organisational ability - managing a large workload, strong analytical skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Very Good English and Arabic language skills
- No travel restrictions
- Results Driven (results based on specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined time frames)
- Planning & Organising (Multiple priority management)
- Leading and Motivating Others (Creating enthusiasm, inspire positive attitude, desire to succeed)
