Operation/administration/office Manager

Stallion HR is looking for a well-experienced "Operation/Administration/ Office Manager" for our client's subsidiary company in KSA -Jeddah
**Job Description**:
- Point of contact for all employees, visitors, and Subcontractors
- Managing staff appointments. Renewal of office Lease Contract
- Experience in Muqeem, Tamm, MOI, Qiwa, and Mudad Sites, Vendor Registration
- Prepare demand letter, Power of Attorney, and Injaz for Waqala number. - Handling Petty Cash
- Insurance: General (Public Liability, Marine, TPL, Workmen Compensation), Medical & Life insurance
- Preparation of tenders and quotations in Arabic for government and private bids.
- Fleet Management: Rental vehicle maintenance, Traffic violation payment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least ten years of Operation/ Site Administration/Office Managerial experience
- Strong experience in vendor/bid registration
- Having a KSA driving license is a must
- Transferrable Iqama
- Excellent in Arabic (Both Speaking & Writing)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
