**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for executive review and distribution.
- **Information Management**:

- Maintain confidential files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Organize and archive documents, contracts, and other relevant materials in a systematic manner.
- Conduct research and compile information as requested by executives to support decision-making processes.
- **Communication Liaison**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries addressed to executives.
- Facilitate communication between executives and team members, ensuring timely dissemination of information.
- Draft and proofread correspondence on behalf of executives, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- **Meeting and Event Coordination**:

- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment setup.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items to relevant stakeholders.
- Anticipate and address any logístical or scheduling conflicts to ensure smooth event execution.
- **Project Support**:

- Assist executives in managing ongoing projects by tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for project initiatives.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks to support project objectives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities to address unexpected challenges and changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
