- Assist in project planning and execution to meet timelines and goals.
- Oversee office expenditures, including budget preparation and monitoring.
- Organize company events, from small meetings to large corporate gatherings.
- Manage office supplies inventory to ensure resources are available as needed.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field.
- Several years of experience in administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and scheduling and communication tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction at all levels.
- Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Work is typically office-based, with significant time at a desk.
- May require extended hours or weekend work during deadlines or events.
- Physical demands include sitting for long periods, using computers, and attending meetings.
- Maintain a highly organized and efficient office environment.
- Ensure timely internal and external communication.
- Manage projects and events within the allocated budget and timelines.
- Enhance administrative processes for better efficiency.

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼3,500.00 per month
