About the Role

This Secretarial Operations Expert position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Board and Sub-Committees.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

You will work closely with the Executive Team to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Board and Sub-Committees.
  • Manage meeting materials and ensure accuracy.
  • Work with the Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve corporate governance.

The selected candidate will also provide support in the development and monitoring of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and analyze monthly accruals and review departmental costs, investigating variances.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • Around 5 years of experience, with a preferred 3 years in a relevant role.
  • Prior experience in a banking environment or financial consultancy firm.
  • Written and spoken English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
