**JOB PURPOSE**:
To provide an efficient and effective administrative support to the Head and the School Office, and to manage the central Management Information System in the School. This role reports directly to the Head.

**Responsibilities**:
**The support of the main functions of the School Office and the Head**:

- Maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Lead by example in all aspects of pupil and staff safeguarding and wellbeing
- Manage the Office/Head’s diary (using Outlook) daily, ensuring that information is accurate and up to date at all times, including short
- and long-term planning of the diary for up to one year in advance where necessary
- Be the first key point of contact for important visitors and other important contacts at the School
- Support teachers in admin and correspondence with parents, pupils and outside organisations
- With the Deputy Head, coordinate the organisation of Parents’ Evenings
- Be a member of the ‘Crisis Management’ team and be available in an emergency
- Assist Aldenham School Parents Association (ASPA) in administration for school events
- Refer any safeguarding issues to the Designated Safeguarding Lead

**Data Compliance and Management**
- Manage the functionality of the MIS (iSAMS) and the Parent Portal, and develop, in liaison and with support from the UK team, the structures and format of the data
- Manage the entry of new family data into iSAMS, and the rollover each year
- Manage the reporting cycle in liaison with the Head and Deputy Head
- Provide in-house iSAMS support to staff relevant to their needs
- Liaise with iSAMS support team with regards to problems, as they arise
- Encourage the correct use of iSAMS and implement product features as they become available
- Be responsible for ensuring that the School is compliant with its use and storage of personal data in accordance with the Laws of Saudi Arabia
- Develop Policies, in liaison with the Business Manager and the Head of the School to support this compliance
- Cleanse old data and ensure one version of the truth with iSAMS and Odoo (Finance System) in liaison with the Finance team.

**The Support of Admissions Processes**:

- Assist in the organisation of visits and assessments of prospective families
- Attend Open Days and occasional marketing events
- Be an active brand ambassador
- Support the admissions process at peak times and with the enrolment of new pupils into the MIS
- Any other reasonable duties as may be required

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
