**عن الدور**:
يتكون فرع الوسط الشرقي لضمان أعمال DNV من سوق دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي وأذربيجان. في بناء علاقات أقوى مع العملاء الحاليين وتطوير عمل مع العملاء الجدد، تبحث DNV عن مدير مبيعات لخدماتها في مجال شهادات نظم الإدارة وخدمات التدريب المرتبطة بها.

يتحمل مدير المبيعات مسؤولية تحقيق النمو في المبيعات من خلال تطوير الأعمال الجديدة وضمان التميز في الخدمة للعملاء. يوفر هذا المنصب حلاً ويسهم في تحسين جودة وسلامة أداء الأعمال من خلال تطبيق المعايير المعترف بها عالميًا.

يتقدم هذا المنصب لمدير المنطقة في الشرق الأوسط ويكون جزءًا من فريق الإدارة في الشرق الأوسط. سيكون هذا الدور جزءًا من شبكة مبيعات ضمان الأعمال التجارية العالمية في DNV.

**المسؤوليات الرئيسية**:

- المسؤول عن مبيعات خدمات الشهادات والتدريب في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- المسؤول عن دفع المبيعات وتطوير علاقات العمل ووضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال لتحقيق الأهداف وتنفيذ مبادرات التسويق.
- في وضع نشط، يقترب من الشركات المستهدفة ويحدد ويولد فرص العمل وفقًا لمحفظة خدمات DNV.
- تطوير شبكة محلية من الشركاء (استشاريون، قنوات).
- متابعة ومفاوضة وانعقاد عقود العمل لتحقيق الأهداف.
- المشاركة في الأنشطة التواصلية المحلية (الأحداث، المعارض).
- الحفاظ على ولاء العملاء الحاليين، المسؤول عن دفع إعادة الشهادة / الاحتفاظ بالعملاء الحاليين عن طريق إدارة الاستعلامات أو الطلبات لإعادة التفاوض على الشروط والأحكام حتى التوصل بنجاح إلى البقاء مع DNV.
- قيادة والمساهمة في خطة العمل المتعلقة بالمبيعات وتطوير الأعمال، وإجراء استعراضات الأعمال والتوقعات وضمان تسجيل كل الفرص في النظام للتحليل والتقارير.
