Key Account Executive

**Account Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the telecommunications sector. Manage multiple accounts effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- **Sales and Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities within key accounts by understanding the broader economic, competitive, and technology landscape. Upsell and cross-sell our telecommunications products and services to meet the clients' evolving needs.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop strategic plans to enhance client relationships, increase revenue streams, and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies with overall business objectives.
- **Client Retention**: Monitor the service delivery and customer service provided to key accounts, ensuring that all client needs are met promptly and efficiently. Implement strategies to retain and grow your account base.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Provide regular reports on account status, including sales results, pipeline, and forecast. Analyze trends within your accounts to proactively address potential issues.
- **Market Insight**: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes that may impact key clients. Share insights with internal teams to guide the development of new services and products.
