**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities/Accountability & Authority**:
- Assistant to the Area Manager.
- Office Administrator (physical facility and supplies)
- Travel Coordinator (Hotels, Land Transport, Visa Assistance)
- Internal Training Coordinator including Aramco Trainings facilitated by NOV WT including the logistics and Invoices.
- KRONOS Monitor for Employees - man hours of personnel
- Collating some possible vendors needed (hotel, suppliers, agents)
- Focal point for Vendors (Hotels, Travel Agents, Office Suppliers)
- Order, Administer and Monitor Office supplies, Pantry supplies and other office miscellaneous.
- Manage and Monitor Vendor Invoices. (Supplies and others)
- Opening of Contracts for new Vendors.
- Scan the copy of invoices and save to job folder, tracker
- Submit Invoice original copy to accounts
- Follow up payments.
- Follow up on PO to be issued by the Inventory and Logistics Department.
- Produce correspondence and documents and maintain records, spreadsheets and Excel, etc.
- Other Assistance as required / instructed by the Manager.

**Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Admin, Secretary or equivalent.
- Good Command in English both written and oral.
- Applicants home location or residence.
- Willing to work on a flexible time or working schedule.
- Bachelor’s Degree close to Administration or related discipline.
**Experience & Skills:
- **Communication Skills (Oral and Written). **Includes Answering Telephones, Business E-mail Correspondence, Calling Vendors, to name a few.
- **Organizational Skills. **Organize with the daily tasks. It includes Appointment setting, attention to details, filing etc.
- **Time Management Skills. **Ability to do task in a timely manner, knowing tasks according to priorities and punctuality is a must as well.
- **Dependability and Reliability. **He works efficiently and effectively so that the team can rely on his output.
- **Confidentiality. **Company discretions policy.
- **Customer or Client Service Orientation.**:
- **Computer Literate. **Ability operate a variety of technological tools, ranging from Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PPT) to online scheduling programs. They also must use, and often maintain, office equipment such as faxes, scanners, and printers.
- **Familiar with the use of SAP and KRONOS is a plus.**:
