We are currently seeking a Project Manager with expertise in IT Governance to play a key role in the success of this transformative venture.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **IT Governance**: Develop and maintain a robust IT governance framework to ensure that the Giga-Project's IT initiatives align with its strategic goals.

2. **Project Oversight**: Manage IT projects, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.

3. **Compliance**: Ensure that all IT projects and operations adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, policies, and standards.

4. **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate IT-related risks, addressing potential challenges that could impact project delivery.

5. **Resource Management**: Oversee IT resource allocation, budget management, and procurement in alignment with the Giga-Project's objectives.

6. **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and change management documents.

7. **Stakeholder Communication**: Collaborate with project stakeholders to communicate project progress, manage expectations, and address concerns.

8. **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality assurance processes and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions.

9. **Team Leadership**: Provide leadership and guidance to IT teams and project managers involved in the Giga-Project.

**Requirements**:
1. **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

2. **Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in IT project management and IT governance, preferably in large-scale projects or organizations.

3. **IT Governance Expertise**: Strong knowledge of IT governance principles, frameworks, and best practices.

4. **Project Management**: Proven experience in managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion.

5. **Risk Management**: Proficiency in identifying and mitigating IT-related risks.

6. **Resource Management**: Experience in resource allocation, budget management, and procurement.

7. **Documentation Skills**: Strong documentation skills, including project plans, reports, and change management documents.

8. **Stakeholder Management**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

9. **Quality Assurance**: Knowledge of quality assurance processes and best practices.

10. **Leadership**: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to lead and motivate project teams.
