We are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive expertise in IT Governance to lead and drive the success of this groundbreaking initiative.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **IT Governance Leadership**: Spearhead the development and implementation of a robust IT governance framework to ensure that the Giga-Project's IT endeavors are aligned with its strategic vision.

2. **Project Oversight**: Lead and manage complex IT projects, overseeing their efficient execution, quality, and alignment with organizational goals.

3. **Compliance Assurance**: Ensure all IT activities, projects, and operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.

4. **Risk Management**: Identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks, proactively addressing challenges that may impact project delivery.

5. **Resource Management**: Manage the allocation of IT resources, budgeting, and procurement activities, optimizing resource utilization.

6. **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and change management records.

7. **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with a diverse group of project stakeholders to communicate progress, manage expectations, and resolve issues effectively.

8. **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality assurance processes and best practices to ensure that the Giga-Project consistently delivers high-quality IT solutions.

9. **Team Leadership**: Provide strong leadership and guidance to IT teams, project managers, and coordinators involved in the Giga-Project.

**Requirements**:
1. **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.

2. **Experience**: A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years of dedicated work in IT governance. Experience in large-scale projects is preferred.

3. **IT Governance Expertise**: Proven mastery of IT governance principles, frameworks, and best practices.

4. **Project Management**: Demonstrated success in managing intricate IT projects from inception to completion.

5. **Risk Management**: Strong proficiency in identifying and mitigating IT-related risks.

6. **Resource Management**: Experience in resource allocation, budget management, and procurement processes.

7. **Documentation Skills**: Excellent documentation skills encompassing project plans, reports, and change management documentation.

8. **Stakeholder Management**: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

9. **Quality Assurance**: Knowledge of quality assurance processes and best practices.

10. **Leadership**: Exceptional leadership capabilities to inspire and guide project teams toward success.
